Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers scan your QR code with their phone camera — that's it. Their stamp card lives in their browser. No download, no account creation, no barrier between them and their first stamp.
What if I already use paper punch cards?
Keep using them while you transition if you like, or switch overnight — most shops just tape the QR code to their counter or till screen and let customers migrate naturally.
Do I need any special hardware?
Nothing. If you have a phone or a tablet you can display the QR code on screen. If you prefer, you can print it out. That's the full hardware requirement.
What counts as a 'member' on the Free plan?
Any customer who has scanned your card at least once counts as a member. The Free plan supports up to 200 unique members. Most independent shops take several months to hit that ceiling.
Can I change my reward or stamp count?
Yes, any time. You can update your reward offer, the stamp threshold, or your card design from the dashboard. Changes apply immediately — existing members keep their current stamps.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export your member and visit history at any point before that window closes. We don't hold your data hostage.
